Maturation and ageing
Stainless steel tanks - 6 months in Allier and local Oak Tonneaux

Ruby red color with coppery reflections. Aroma of dried sour cherry leaves. Fragrances of ripe cherries and blackberries. Dried figs, carobs, and slightly toasted cocoa beans prevail on the nose. Extremely balanced on the palate with sweet and persistent tannins. Harmonious and satisfying with balsamic and licorice notes
